Teresa Grant
Owner/Broker, Certified Luxury Agent
With 21 years in real estate and 1,304 properties closed totaling $343 million in sales volume, Teresa leads with heart and treats every client like family. That philosophy has driven The Realty Group's success across Central Virginia since 2005.
She founded The Realty Group in 2007 as a boutique brokerage, then launched the Lynchburg franchise of Keller Williams Realty in 2012, expanding offices throughout Greater Lynchburg, Amherst, Danville, Smith Mountain Lake, and Roanoke. In 2022, after growing KW to the number one brokerage in the market, she sold the franchise to focus exclusively on what matters most: serving her clients through referrals and repeat relationships.
Today, nearly 75% of her business comes from repeat clients and referrals, supported by a database of over 20,000 qualified buyers. Teresa also served a four-year term on the Board of Directors of the local MLS. She resides at Smith Mountain Lake with her family.

Greg Bentz
Realtor, Investment Specialist & Technology Director
Greg is a native Floridian who spent years living internationally in South America before relocating to Central Virginia to be closer to family. He brings a unique blend of real estate investment expertise and technology skills to the team. After years of purchasing investment properties of his own, he transitioned to real estate full time. Greg also serves as the team's technology director, building and managing the digital marketing platform that powers The Realty Group's online presence. His bilingual fluency in English and Spanish allows him to serve a broader range of clients across Central Virginia.
Tracie (Tray) Grant
Realtor & Client Care Coordinator
Tracie became a realtor in 2018 after spending 23 years in the housing industry through her family-owned business, Michael's Carpet World. She brings an energetic, outgoing personality and attention to detail that enhances the house-hunting experience. As Client Care Coordinator, she ensures every client receives personalized attention throughout their transaction.
Rachel Lanier
Realtor & Marketing Coordinator
Rachel has assisted clients in finding homes in the Lynchburg-Smith Mountain Lake region for over a decade. As Marketing Coordinator, she handles graphic design, property marketing materials, and business administration for the team. Originally from North Carolina, she has lived in the Lynchburg area for 15 years.
Bob Mullens
Realtor, Buyer Specialist
Bob grew up in Bedford County and proudly served 21 years in the Army, retiring as a First Sergeant from the 82nd Airborne Division. After military service, he returned to Smith Mountain Lake to pursue real estate. He is active in Kiwanis International, VFW, and the American Legion.
