Greg Bentz

Greg is a native Floridian who spent years living internationally in South America before relocating to Central Virginia to be closer to family. He brings a unique blend of real estate investment expertise and technology skills to the team. After years of purchasing investment properties of his own, he transitioned to real estate full time. Greg also serves as the team's technology director, building and managing the digital marketing platform that powers The Realty Group's online presence. His bilingual fluency in English and Spanish allows him to serve a broader range of clients across Central Virginia.
